These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NAF Love Studio's Website, located at https://www.naflovestudio.com.

Studio Policy:
24 Hours are required for cancellation, at which time the client and studio will agree to reschedule the session for a future date. Package refunds will be reviewed by the studio and paid back at their discretion as agreed upon by the client. Email notification to naflovestudio@gmail.com is required. Failure to notify within this timeframe will count against the client and studio will not be required to return the fee or reschedule. All scheduling and transactions are agreed upon by the studio and client before payment is required. Studio is required to notify client of the cost of sessions as well as offer reasonable availability before fees are accepted. Studio reserves the right to cancel and reschedule sessions due to the following: Illness, other professional performance work, family emergencies and school. Studio is required to give client 1-2 hours’ notice and reschedule immediately. Failure to do so will result in a refund to the client. All clients of NAFLove Studio are given the opportunity to improve upon their musical skills, whether they have upcoming auditions for productions, schools, or professional jobs. It should be known that any staff within the Studio are not solely responsible for the outcome of auditions, school productions and professional jobs etc and cannot be penalized. The studio will always ask permission before producing or publishing the names or images of its clients. Clients with NAFLove Studio agree they are protected by these policies and must be agreed upon before services are provided. Any questions, comments or concerns should be brought to the attention of the studio.
